Kukuran @ Grater PART 1

Hai everyone...its been long time not to see ya??? yeaa..sorry..hmm im so buzy and so lazzy to update my blog...hehehe well this time, i wanna share with u guys about my second project that i decide to take that grater as my subject matter to create new product base on the heritage product.

Well...lets see.....what im gonna do whit this greater??? hmmm i think i wanna make a bookends....hehehe.... this idea just came spontaneously when the lecturer ask me in class.... x_x  ...............

lecturer  :  huh??? grater??? what u wanna do with that thing??
me         : hmm..aaa...aaa.... i wanna design a bookends...
lecturer  : how u can describe that grater will be a bookends?
me         : i will make it in 2 side...at the front and the back....so we can put the book between them
lecturer  : hmm...ok...just do it and make sure u will show me the process and i wanna u sketch it
               but make it as a creative and the best design. Its your product and its your design.
me         :  (ffuhhhhh....thank god.........)  tQ sir...i will work on it   n_n

ok...before we proceed, we must know about the greater....k, lets me explain and show to u about it...

Grater is a tool used to measure the jagged, scrape (scrape) coconuts. It is one of the important instruments in Malay society especially in rural areas. Grater is a tool which could not be separated by traditional Malay society because most of the Malay recipes using coconut milk. Despite the growing use of rasp forgotten by city residents are more likely to use modern equipment, but it has continued in the villages.
